Do you provide free quotations? +
Yes — all quotations are completely free. Our team visits your site, takes measurements and provides a detailed quote within 24–48 hours.
Where are you and what areas do you serve? +
We are based at Palarivattom, Kochi (682025). We serve all of Kerala — Kochi, Thrissur, Kollam, Trivandrum, Calicut and beyond.
How long does fabrication and installation take? +
Simple shop boards: 3–5 working days. 3D channel letters: 7–10 days. LED walls and digital systems: 2–3 weeks. Clear timelines given upfront.
Do you offer warranty and after-sales service? +
All LED signs carry a minimum 1-year component warranty. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and rapid-response after-sales service.
What are your payment terms? +
We accept NEFT/RTGS, UPI, cash and cheque. Typically 50% advance and 50% on completion. Flexible milestone-based payments for larger projects.
